      Problem Definition

When a comment is added to an issue on Jira, a note is added to the related alert on Opsgenie. However, the note added could be hard to read due to not having the same renderer as a comment field in Jira. User mentions and attachment appears as inline text.

      Suggested Solution

Improve the readability of the notes by only adding plain text.

I would also put notes in-line with the main thread, and not use an expand/collapsable sidebar for them

This looks like a good feature request. I would like to strongly advocate for this, as the current notes field essentially causes a split communications situation where everyone gets an alert, and then immediately makes a chat thread in a separate chat system about it, and the info all gets lost and remains uncorrelated, which is a bummer.

The notes field should support a rich text editor, and allow for direct copy paste of attachments/images, instead of requiring use of an attachment file dialog, which is clunky and slow.
