Opsgenie Incident Timeline macro not pulling information

      Issue Summary

      In Confluence Cloud, we have a macro called Opsgenie Incident Timeline. It should display the Incident Timeline by just adding its ID.

      When adding the ID of the incident, no information is displayed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an incident in OG.
      2. Copy its ID.
      3. On a Confluence page, add the Opsgenie Incident Timeline macro and paste the ID.

      Expected Results

      The timeline should be displayed on the Confluence page.

      Actual Results

      A blank timeline is shown.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
