Issue Summary
The issue is that the order of mobile applications under profile settings in OpsGenie changes by itself, with the first device in the list receiving push notifications. The user wants their phone to always receive push notifications, but the order is regularly changed to their iPad without their doing. The user has tried to switch back the order using a desktop but finds it frustrating. The user reported that the order changed again with their iPad listed first. The issue has happened again, and the user cannot leave it as it is since they are on-call.

Steps to Reproduce
The user mentioned that they have two iOS devices with OpsGenie installed, and their phone has been receiving alerts all week as the primary contact/device, except on the day they received an alert on their iPad during a Microsoft Teams call. They also mentioned that they see the order change regularly, with the iPad being listed first instead of their phone. The user did not provide any further information on what actions they took that led to the change in the order.
Expected Results
The expected result is that the user's mobile device order preference should remain unchanged in their OpsGenie profile settings.
Actual Results
The actual result is that the order of the user's mobile devices in their OpsGenie profile settings changes by itself, with the iPad being listed first instead of the user's phone.

Workaround
The user mentioned that they switch back the order of their mobile devices using a web browser when the order changes by itself. However, they find this workaround frustrating, especially when they are on-call and need to receive alerts promptly on their preferred device.
