Support for MS Teams Chat option configuration to send messages to a single user instead of channel

      User Problem

      Currently, while setting up the integration with Microsoft Teams, you can only select a channel to send messages to. However, the customer would like to have an option to select the Teams "Chat" option, which allows 1:1 interaction between two users (Opsgenei and a single Teams user). This is to avoid situations where sometimes information in Teams channels often gets ignored.

      Suggested Solutions

      It would be great to have an option to select the Teams "Chat" option along with the option to select a channel while configuring MS Teams integration.
