Option to display Elapsed Time in minutes

      Issue Summary

      Currently, it looks like the Elapsed time of an alert is displayed as text, like "59d 21h 2m" or "5h 51m 53s" and there doesn't see to be a way to convert them to just minutes.

      Suggested Solutions

      Requesting the option to configure Elapsed Time to be displayed in Minutes in the Alerts Dashboard, and also in Analytics (like the "Time to Close" and "Time to Acknowledge" in Alert Analytics).

      Another suggestion would be to display the elapse time in HH:MM:SS format so that it can be downloaded and converted.

      Current Workarounds

      Currently there doesn't seem to be a workaround for converting something like "59d 21h 2m" or "5h 51m 53s" to just minutes. A workaround will be added here when available
