      Some systems have a character limit for the email field to send out emails, and the Opsgenie email naming convention can create long addresses if a customer has a long account name.

      An option to create a shorter email address for an account.

      Current Workarounds

      Create a shorter internal email address and forward from that inbox to Opsgenie.
