User Problem
Use case is the customers incident team wanting some automated cleanup of the slack channels based on OpsGenie incident going to resolved status.
But don't want to do it right away and don't want it to just be Slack based channel archiver as incident could be open with no activity for a while and they don't want that to archive.
Suggested Solutions
Add method that provides a delay for incidents in Incident channels in Slack that have had their Incidents Closed/Resolved and Postmortems Published so the below flow for the incident can be followed:
incident close + post-mortem published
wait (5) days
close incident channel
done
Current Workarounds
Incident team manually has to review older incidents in archived incident channel in slack to close based on their criteria
