Currently, there is a functionality to create Jira Software tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert. But this same feature does not exist for creating Jira Service Management tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert. We can only link JSM tickets, but not create them.
As a customer, I want the ability to create JSM tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert.
