Ability to create JSM tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert

      Currently, there is a functionality to create Jira Software tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert. But this same feature does not exist for creating Jira Service Management tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert. We can only link JSM tickets, but not create them.

      As a customer, I want the ability to create JSM tickets from inside an Opsgenie alert.

            The reason this would be useful is because, not every alert requires an Incident or Problem to be investigated and sometimes the criteria for whether an Issue is required is not well defined enough to be performed with an automated set of rules.
