As an admin, I expect the Responder States only records the responders who actually interact with the alert, instead of including every users on the Escalation Path

      User Problem

      In the current design, the Responder States will add all the users from each Escalation policy's steps and marked as "Escalation". This will potentially create confusions given that those users may not even be aware of this alert's existence.

      Suggested Solutions

      Please consider altering the behavior such that the Responder States only contain the user(s) who were really notified or to whom the alerts were escalated.

      None available.
