Allow the Use of Incident Templates with Incident Rules/Automation

      At the moment, Incident Templates can only be used with manual Incident Creation. This requires users to have to mirror both their Incident Template and Stakeholder Templates into an Incident Rule to get it set up. In addition, fields like Actions and the selector for Stakeholder Templates is unavailable in rules.

       

      Requesting that the use of Templates with Automation be enabled to allow for an easier experience in including custom fields and communications in Incidents generated by rules
