      It's useful to be able to give some guidance on what information to include in postmortems, so that nothing important gets forgotten and past lessons can be learned.

      Suggested Solutions

      By providing a postmortem template (or a set of templates to choose from) an admin can provide guidance to other users on what information to include.

      Current Workarounds

      Copy a template from outside Opsgenie.
