      User Problem

      Setting up on-call schedules in Opsgenie can be time-consuming.

      Suggested Solutions

      An option to import a .ics calendar and create a schedule from that, or sync with an external calendar tool.

      Current Workarounds

      Use the API or UI to create the on-call schedules.
