User Problem

Right now Acknowledging or closing the alert Opsgenie would just add the data in event logs in Datadog end.

I would like to have the alert in Datadog muted and closed automatically based on the data sent from Opsgenie.

Suggested Solutions

Ability to Mute the alert during Ack'ing alert in OG.

Ability to Resolve alert during closing alert in OG
