User Problem
The inactive users are taking up user licenses, which brings unnecessary cost to the organization.
Unfortunately, auto-suspension for inactive users is not currently possible in the design.
Suggested Solutions
Please consider developing a feature that allows customers to automatically suspend users who have been inactive for a specified period of time.
Current Workarounds
For Enterprise Plan customers, please check the User Management Report periodically to find and suspend the inactive users.
