User Problem
As an admin or user, I would like to see a functionality where an alert is assigned to the new user (corresponding) user when the older user acknowledging or assigned to the alert is deleted.
As per the current design, the deleted user email is shown as an owner on the alert but it is assigned to no one and behaves like an orphan alert.

Current Workarounds
Manually finding the alerts and assigning them to the new user.
Using Alert Reports -> Find the alerts containing the older user as owner -> then manually change them to the new user.
