User Problem
At the moment, if you configure a notification rule ("Acknowledged Alert") within the central notification template, Opsgenie will send notifications only to the alert's responder.
For example, if I configure the "Acknowledged Alert" rule and someone acknowledges the alert, the notification will only be sent to the responder user or on-call user if the team is the alert responder.
However, the customer would like to send notifications using a central notification template to everyone in a specific role.
For example:
Send an acknowledged alert notification for an alert of P1 priority to the second email of everyone in a specific role.
Suggested Solution
It would be great to select an option in the notification rules of the central notification template to allow sending notifications to everyone within a specific role.
Current Workaround
As a workaround, you will have to add the user(s) as responders to the alert so that they can receive the notification.
