Updating tags on email integration doesn't work on new alerts

      Issue Summary

      If you have an existing email integration with tags set up on the Dynamic Fields and change the tags' value, new alerts will still be created with the old tag values.

      This doesn't happen with the advanced email integration, only with the normal email integrations (on the Free or Standard plans) that allow Dynamic Fields.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On your Opsgenie instance, go to TeamsIntegrations;
      2. Create a new Email integration and add some tags.
      3. Send an email to the integration so an alert is created.
      4. Go to the integration page again and change the tag values to new tags.
      5. Send an email again to the integration so a new alert is created.

      Expected Results

      The new alert will be created with the new tags.

      Actual Results

      The new alert is created with the old tags (same as the first email).

      Workaround

      Delete the email integration and create a new one with the correct tags.
