      Create a new v2 ConnectWise Manage API-based integration. It might require becoming a certified integrator.

      Current Workarounds

      Use an Email integration or the ConnectWise Automate integration to create email-based alerts in Opsgenie.

      Use a third party system like Zapier in between Opsgenie and CWM; CWM creates ticket >> triggers Zapier "Zaps" >> creates Opsgenie alert through Zapier integration.
