User Problem
In some scenarios, the organization will public the Email address of the Email integration to the end customers for alert reporting, it would be great to send back an acknowledgment when an alert is created by the received email.
Suggested Solutions
Please consider having the capability of replying to the source of the alert creation by Email integration.
Current Workarounds
None available.
agree need to be able to reply to customers logging via email so they know it's received.
ideally modify based on assigned priority.
