Attachment limits are to small in Opsgenie problem reporting

      When reporting a problem we run in to the limits of attaching files. The maximum is 5. and the maximum size is 2 mb. 

      I get that you dont want to open up the system to gigantic attachments, however 2mb is nothing. Forcing you to split it up in more files.

      Please increase the size to 20mb
