When postmortem report is created, any entry added into the incident thereafter does not flow through to the report.

      Summary:

      When an incident is closed and a postmortem report generated. If an entry is then added into the incident, this entry is not updated into the postmortem report.

      Suggestion:

      Any update into the incident after it is closed should reflect on the postmortem report.

      Workaround:

      Delete postmortem report and then re-create the report for the updates to flow through.
