Summary:

If SSO integration is enabled and the user logs in to their Atlassian Cloud account, this session works with Jira and Confluence based on their session duration in the Authentication policy. However, for Opsginee if they enter Opsgenie URL in the browser they are redirected to the Opsgenie login page. Once the user enters their email address, they are then redirected to Opsgenie without any additional step - which shows SSO works. 

Suggested Solution:

Is it possible to have the same behaviour as other products such as Jira, Confluence where the user is automatically logged into the instance instead of having to re-enter their Opsgenie username when they enter their Opsgenie URL?

Current Workaround:

User needs to enter their email address in the login page which then logs them into Opsgenie.

If Atlassian Login is enabled, users may navigate to Opsgenie using an active session through start.atlassian.com, the app switcher, or by navigating to customerName.atlassian-app.opsgenie.com directly.
