User Problem
When there are multiple channels it becomes hard to find who has seen the alert on Slack and we don't have any option to track these.
Suggested Solutions
We can add a new entry in our activity log or responder state that the alert was opened in Slack as we have for email delivery, etc.
Current Workarounds
"None available."
As an admin I would like to see more information under Responder States
