When escalating to the next user in the schedule, you can only escalate to whoever is immediately next in the schedule. If you wanted to add another rule to escalate to the next user after that (i.e. the next, next user). This does not work.

It would be great to have the ability to escalate down the line to other members in the on-call schedule, not just the immediate next user.

Currently, within an escalation, we have the option to escalate to the next user if an alert is not ack for X amount of minutes. So if on-call user A doesn't ack an alert after X minutes, it escalates to user B. However, the customer would also like to say, if on-call user A doesn't ack an alert after X minutes, escalate to user B, and if user B doesn't ack the alert after X amount of minutes, escalate to User C, and so on.
