User Problem
As an admin, I would like to delay notifications unless Opsgenie gets two or more alerts of a specific kind in a short amount of time.

For instance, I want to delay notification until 10 minutes have passed without two "XYZ" value tagged alerts appearing in Opsgenie.

Suggested Solutions
Opsgenie implements the notification delay after first counting the alerts based on the alert field value (other than the alias) within a specific time interval.

Current Workarounds
The alias field should be used by the customer to keep track of alert occurrences. Opsgenie won't generate a new alert, though, if the alias is the same; instead, it will increase the de-duplication count.
