Issue Summary
Alerts are not closing when their respective tickets are being closed in Jira when using a Jira Service Management integration in Opsgenie
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a JSM integration in your Opsgenie
- Configure the webhook in Jira using the URL from your Opsgenie integration
- Create a ticket to create the alert in Opsgenie
- Transition the ticket to a green status (Done category)
Expected Results
The alert will be closed.
Actual Results
Opsgenie will receive the webhook and ignore it throwing the following Warn message:
Skipping incomingData, no matching actions found
