Closing an issue using JSM integration in Opsgenie does not close the respective alert

      Issue Summary

      Alerts are not closing when their respective tickets are being closed in Jira when using a Jira Service Management integration in Opsgenie

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM integration in your Opsgenie
      2. Configure the webhook in Jira using the URL from your Opsgenie integration
      3. Create a ticket to create the alert in Opsgenie
      4. Transition the ticket to a green status (Done category)

      Expected Results

      The alert will be closed.

      Actual Results

      Opsgenie will receive the webhook and ignore it throwing the following Warn message:

      Skipping incomingData, no matching actions found
