Issue Summary

While processing the alert, scripts tries to create zipped file with the data from Icinga. However, some users are getting Permission denied error.

Expected Results

icinga scripts create zipped files without any problem

Possible solution: https://github.com/opsgenie/oec-scripts/pull/13 

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown:

Permission denied: '<file_name>.zip'

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
