As a user, I would like to add bot messages from Slack incident channel to Incident Timeline in Opsgenie

User Problem:
As a user, I would like to add bot messages from the Slack incident channel to Incident Timeline in Opsgenie.

This is a limitation at the moment and it prompts an error message when trying to add a bot message to the Incident Timeline ->
Message cannot be added to the incident timeline. Bot messages are not allowed.

Suggested Solutions:
Allow the ability to add bot messages to the Incident Timeline as well as it might help in cases where the incident channel gets updated by bot messages from the Servicedesk tool.

Current Workarounds:
As a workaround, user can try adding the bot message manually in the channel and click on "Add to Incident Timeline Opsgenie" and it will update the message in the Incident timeline.
