      Customer Issue:

Customer needs a way to interact with alerts from Slack based on the alert's tags. Currently, /genie commands only let you close alerts using the alert tiny ID.

      Suggested Solution:

Add a /genie command that allows you to interact with alerts based on the tags on the alerts. Example:

      /genie close [alert tag(s)]

The above example would search for all alerts with the tag(s) given in the command and take the specified action - in this case, "close" the alert(s).

      Workarounds:

Closing the alerts individually, which is more time-consuming and less efficient.
