New Jira framework - add support for Insight fields

      User Problem

      The new Jira framework doesn't currently support assigning values to Insight fields on issue creation from OG to Jira. If there is a required insight field, then you can't create issues from OG alerts.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add support for setting these fields.

      Current Workarounds

      Don't require the field on creation and use automation to set a value.
