include the name of the Affected Services in payload sent between JSM and OG

      Issue Summary

      When you are using the new JSM-Opsgenie integration, the payload sent from JSM tickets doesn't include the name of the Affected Services selected in the ticket. 

      Same if the affected service is updated in Opsgenie, the JSM ticket should be updated with the affected service.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new JSM-Opsgenie integration so that when a ticket is created in JSM, an OG alert is created
      2. In the integration, use {{payload}} smart value for the Description of the alert
      3. Create a JSM ticket and select a service in the Affected Services field
      4. Now check the payload in the Opsgenie alert

      Expected Results

      The name of the affected service is shown in the payload.

      Actual Results

      Only the ID is shown in the payload. Check the screenshot attached below:

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
