User Problem

Overriding a shift can be done by any user in Opsgenie. Depending on the user's account role will determine what permission they have to overriding a shift. But account Users will be able to override the shift with themself.

Suggested Solutions

Add the ability to restrict a user from being able to override shifts. Either add this as a permission option in either custom roles and/or custom team roles.

Use Case

Only allow team admins permission to adding overrides.
