Include Add-ons changes information in Audit Log i.e. install / enable / disable apps in marketplace

      At the moment, The following information is audited by JIRA:

      • user management
      • group management
      • project changes
      • permission changes
      • workflow changes
      • notification scheme changes
      • custom field changes
      • component changes
      • version changes

      It would be great to have add-ons changes information (for example disabling/enabling add-ons) in the Audit Log.

            The main issue is that Add-ons were installed and have been uninstalled, but that we can't see any of these add-ons in our overview ("Manage add-ons"). Next to that it would be good to see who disabled them (audit-log).
