Restrict access for JIRA marketplace apps to specific JIRA user groups

      As an user with Admin rights for Jira i would like to add apps from market place for specific groups to be created under Settings->User Management->Groups
      Presently the apps are being granted access to all Jira users .

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-59932 – Separate license base for Addons / Allow admin to limit add-on licenses to specific users

            I think this ticket might be a duplicate of JRACLOUD-59932 – Separate license base for Addons / Allow admin to limit add-on licenses to specific users but I would like to check to see if the watchers of this issue disagree. Please let me know your thoughts, thank you!

            Assumed this would have been a standard feature instead of having a blanket applied rule that if it is an app it is available to all. Should be standard to be able to restrict the apps use over specific projects or users/groups which then affects billing + running costs
