Issue Summary

Atlassian Teams are duplicated during Server-to-Cloud migration. This is a BUG which is covered under A better way of handling Atlassian Teams during Server-to-Cloud migration to avoid duplicate Atlassian teams.

Currently, users receive no warning in JCMA for duplicate TEAMS when migrating AR Plans. There should be at least a Warning provided by the system to inform the user about these duplications.

The user can only become aware of it when they manually check the TEAMS on the cloud. This provides a poor user experience; therefore, we suggest creating a warning message in JCMA and including it in public documents.
