Unable to download project export error logs during preflight checks

      Issue Summary

      At the time of data preparation stage, if any project export fails, we have the option to download the export folder. However, when we click on the Download button, it displays an error:

      Error Communication with server, Retry again in few minutes. Please contact support if you continue to receive this error
      

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira migration plan and include the projects that have some data errors like the invalid filter on the board.
      2. Execute the preflight checks and wait for the data preparation checks. Once there is an error at the data preparation step, click on the "Download Zip file" button.

      Expected Results

      The Zip folder should be downloaded.

      Actual Results

      We see below error:

      Error Communication with server, Retry again in few minutes. Please contact support if you continue to receive this error
      

       

      Workaround

      Manually retrive the logs from the system path: <jirahome>/export/migration-to-cloud/<executionId>/log/export/
