Issue Summary

User submitted a cancel after App migration spending several hours. The status change is very slow.
This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate App using JCMA

Expected Results

Cancelled by user should be reflected more quickly than the current operation. Also, the status in JCMA should reflect the actual status of the app migration more effectively.

Actual Results

The app migration status in JCMA will show 0% RUNNING state for very long time, even though the user clicked the cancel button.

Workaround

Check the migration logs to confirm the status of the app migration.
