      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Running a Zephyr migration transfer
      2. Cancelling that transfer
      3. Re-running that transfer

      Expected Results

      The status in JCMA should reflect the actual status of the app migration.

      Actual Results

      The app migration status in JCMA will show 0% Cancelled even though the logs show it is still running.

      The below migration logs will show that the app migration actually completes successfully:

      Workaround

      Check the migration logs to confirm the status of the app migration.
