Issue Summary

The missing attachments check from the pre migration check stage can take a long time to complete if there are many files of larger sizes in the selected spaces.

Currently, admins are not notified of any time projection in prior. During this time, the users can only wait for the checks to be completed. The completed pre migration check needs to be saved, which requires a manual intervention. At the moment, CCMA does not automatically save the plan once pre migration check completes.

Suggested Solution

Improve the performance CCMA takes to check missing attachments.

Current Workarounds

CCMA can process multiple spaces in parallel. To take advantage, include more than 51 spaces in a single plan.

Why this is important

Admins can work more effiently when pre migration check completes faster or can work on other matters if the time is projected.
