Problem Definition

Preflight checks sometimes could take hours, especially for large data sizes when we include hundreds or thousands of spaces in a single plan.

Currently, admins can only save the plan after all preflight checks are completed.

Suggested Solution

Allows admins to create and save a plan, but continues to run the checks in the background.

Why this is important

Time efficiency - Admins can continue to work on other tasks while the preflight checks are running in the background.
