Issue Summary

After migrating JSM from Cloud to Cloud, portal URLs that could be present on a migrated Jira issue or Confluence page may still be referring to the existing server instance URL.

Sample URLs

https://jira.company.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/12 -> link to a particular portal/service desk project
https://jira.company.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/12/group/23 -> link to a particular portal group
https://jira.company.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/12/group/23/create/46 -> link to a specific request type

The ask

1. Include this in link fixing
2. Provide a mapping file that details mapping between old Cloud and new Cloud URL. This would be useful in situations where portal links are embedded in other web pages and the organization could setup redirection based on the mapping.
