Support link fixing when one Jira DC is migrated to multiple Jira Cloud instances

      Currently, it is assumed that each Jira DC instance will be migrated to one Jira Cloud site.

      This means our link fixing tool (LMS) assumes one source and one target URL. However, we have seen cases where one DC instance is split into multiple Jira Cloud instances based on project subsets.

      As of now, there is no way to perform link fix for such a migration.
