Issue Summary

Jira Service Management request types may be customised with an icon.
JCMA does not currently migrate request type icons.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira Service Management project on Jira Server
2. Create some new request types
3. Modify the associated icon by uploading a custom icon image
4. Migrate the project to Jira Cloud via JCMA

Expected Results

The request types should be migrated with their respective custom request type icons
