Link Fixing doesn't fix Confluence attachment links in Confluence

      Problem Definition

      After the Server to Cloud or Cloud to Cloud migration Confluence attachment links are not getting fixed in Confluence.

      Example link:

      https://<confluence-server-base-url>/download/attachments/<server-contentid>/<filename-urlencoded>

      Suggested Resolution

      Confluence attachment links should be updated post migration:

      • replace server base URL with Cloud base URL
      • replace server contentid with cloud contentid

      Workaround

      Customers can request link fixing using the legacy option: Legacy link fixing: After a successful Server to Cloud Migration, URL links are broken in the new Cloud instance
