Suggestion

This is a recreation of MIG-128, which has been closed since 2020.

Customers often ask for the ability to migrate project data from server to cloud without any users and groups. It would be helpful if this option was in JCMA.

Workarounds

Create a staging environment from production and delete all users before migrating with JCMA. Users will appear as "Former User" in the cloud site when they are referenced in the project data. After the migration, it is not possible to re-associate users back with their project data.
