User Problem
Migrations performed with JCMA and CCMA are expected to result in broken links post-migration. Many of these broken links can be resolved in bulk by Atlassian Support. More details can be found here: After a successful Server to Cloud Migration, URL links are broken in the new Cloud instance
Suggested Solution
- Post migration - It would be helpful to provide a report of support links from the instance that will be broken when using JCMA and CCMA
- If the user requests link fixing to be performed by Atlassian, it would be helpful to provide a report of the links that were updated
- A mapping of old link and new link would be helpful for users and any third-party services
