Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Worklogs for certain projects are not being migrated in JCMA while others are getting migrated on the same server. 

Steps to Reproduce

We are not able to reproduce this issue in dev environment

Expected Results

All worklogs should get migrated

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

No exception seen
No logs related to worklog export seen

Workaround

No workaround present at the moment
