As Recommended by the Migration Team below , Creating a Ticket
It is observed in Media was finding empty Checksums. On Analyzing it was found that in Some scenarios after Upload Chunks, the appendChunks API is not being called which is causing the Chunks not to be attached to the File. Need to Fix this
