JCMA/C2C to support the migration of Web links within Jira issues

      Summary

      During migration, if Jira issues contain Web Links, they are not included. 

      Example Web link below within an issue:

      Proposed Suggestion

      JCMA / C2C tooling to allow the migration of Web links along with the other supported remote link types when using either method.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no workaround
